A Web Portal is available for customers with a valid support contract:

For urgent system down issues, please call 1300 FIREWALL or +61 (0)2 9688 6933 – option 2 for non-urgent support cases, you may e-mail us at  helpdesk@seccomglobal.com including as much information as possible about the issue.

E-mailing Support:

For general Change Requests you may e-mail us at helpdesk@seccomglobal.com this will automatically create a support ticket linked to your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail reply from our system to note that the ticket has been received.

To update your ticket you can reply to the system generated ticket confirmation response and it will automatically notify our support team that you have given an update.

Online Support: 

You can login to the support portal to create a new request, provide updates as well view the status of your support ticket.
